Longevity70
Longevity for the years that count.
A small magazine about arriving at 70 with something left in the tank.
If you have been listening to the radio, you might think living forever is on back order and due any Tuesday. That is not this magazine.
This is for people who would like to meet their seventies on their own two feet. Not as a biohacker. Not as a customer in a vitamin store. As a person with a doctor, a kitchen, a hallway, and a few honest habits.
Most of us who reach 65 still have about twenty years ahead. The question is not whether the years come. It is whether they come with stairs you can climb, a conversation you can hear, and enough reserve to use whatever medicine actually works next.
We will not sell you a powder. We will not tell you your “biological age” from a spit kit. We will talk about the few signals that have held up in real studies: how fast you walk, how strong your hands are, your blood pressure, your blood sugar, whether you still smoke, whether you can get up from a chair. Plain talk. You take it to your own clinician. We are not your doctor. We are the Sunday-insert you can read over a cup of coffee.
Welcome.
What we are. A small magazine. Tips that earned their keep. The occasional useful object named because the piece needs it, never because a store needs a click.
What we are not. A clinic. A supplement mill. Medical advice. A promise that aging has been solved.
